Since 2007
A Michigan family restaurant built on honest food, hard work, and treating every guest like family.
Leo's Coney Island opened its doors in Waterford, Michigan in 2007 with a simple idea: serve great food at fair prices and treat every person who walks through the door like family. What started as a single restaurant on Dixie Highway has grown into three locations across Oakland County.
We're not a chain and we're not a franchise. Every Leo's Coney Island is family-owned and operated. Our owners are in the restaurants every day, working alongside the team, talking to guests, and making sure the food and the experience meet the standard we set from day one.
The Michigan coney island tradition is about more than just coneys. It's about the place in the community where you can get a solid breakfast before work, grab lunch with your crew, or bring the family for dinner without thinking twice about it. That's what we are and what we'll always be.

Our Values
Our team members are family. We invest in our people with fair scheduling, digital onboarding, and a workplace built on respect and accountability.
Three locations, one county. We live where we work and we're committed to serving Waterford, White Lake, and Highland for the long haul.
Classic Michigan diner fare done right. Large portions, quality ingredients, and a menu that's stayed true to what our guests love.
We pair old-school hospitality with modern tools. Digital onboarding, secure scheduling, and streamlined management let our team focus on what matters — the food and the people.
We're always looking for reliable, hard-working people who take pride in what they do. Whether you're a student looking for your first job or an experienced line cook, there's a place for you at Leo's.
