03 Final Attestation
By submitting onboarding in this portal, you confirm that your information and uploaded documents are accurate and complete. Final attestation and workflow status transitions are timestamped and logged for compliance purposes.
04 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your sign-in access with others. If you believe your account access has been compromised, contact your manager immediately.
05 Modifications
Leo's Coney Island reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
