If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the portal. Continued use of the portal after any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms apply to all users of the portal, including employees, managers, administrators, and any other authorized personnel.
The employee portal is intended exclusively for authorized Leo's Coney Island employees, managers, administrators, and internal operators.
Access is granted based on your employment status and role. You must be a current employee or an authorized representative of Leo's Coney Island to use the portal.
Your access level is determined by your assigned role (employee, location manager, or administrator) and location scope. You may only access information and features appropriate to your role.
Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Authentication is handled through secure access emails sent to your registered email address. These emails contain one-time verification codes and may also include a fallback access link.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your registered email account, as it serves as the primary authentication method for portal access.
You must notify your manager or Leo's Coney Island administration immediately if you believe your portal access has been compromised or if you receive access emails or links you did not request.
Leo's Coney Island reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or modify your portal access at any time based on employment status changes, security concerns, or policy requirements.
You agree to use the portal only for its intended purposes: completing onboarding requirements, viewing and managing your schedule, accessing your employment documents, and communicating through portal messaging features.
You must not attempt to access information, records, or portal features outside the scope of your assigned role and location.

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate access revocation, disciplinary action, and potential legal consequences.
During onboarding, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including identification, tax documents, and direct deposit details.
You are responsible for reviewing all documents assigned to you, completing them accurately, and uploading signed copies through the portal.
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the portal is a violation of these terms and may constitute grounds for termination of employment.
Onboarding must be completed within the timeframe specified by your manager. Failure to complete onboarding may delay your start date or employment processing.
By submitting your onboarding information, you attest that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The portal provides schedule viewing, availability management, and time-off request features. Schedule assignments are made by authorized managers and are subject to business needs.
