Program operator
Tiny Peanut LLC d/b/a Leo's Coney Island operates the Leo's Coney Island Employee Portal SMS Notifications program. Leo's Coney Island is the employee-facing brand shown in portal screens, emails, SMS notifications, onboarding materials, scheduling workflows, and manager communications.
Public consent evidence
This page is public and requires no employee account. The read-only control below reproduces the exact consent language shown inside Portal > Settings.
Program messages originate from +1 (947) 500-4656.
Portal consent control
New accounts start with text notifications off. An employee must intentionally turn this control on and save the preference.
This read-only public evidence reproduces the wording and control shown in Portal > Settings. Disclosure version: v7
Opt-in flow
- A Leo's Coney Island manager or administrator creates or invites an employee in the employee portal.
- The employee signs in to the employee portal and opens Portal > Settings.
- The employee adds or confirms their mobile phone number in Profile information.
- The Text notifications control starts off. The employee intentionally turns it on, reviews the disclosure, and selects Save notification preferences. The portal saves consent only when a valid phone number is present.
- The employee can turn text notifications off in portal settings or reply STOP to a Leo's Coney Island text message.
- An employee or authorized portal user whose registered portal phone matches may also opt in or opt back in by texting START to +1 (947) 500-4656. START is the only supported text-message opt-in keyword.
Text-message keywords
Text START to +1 (947) 500-4656 from the phone number registered to the employee portal account to opt in or opt back in. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for program help and a link to these details.
The employee portal application records text-message consent from the START keyword only; other free-form replies do not update the portal preference. Employees can always use Portal > Settings to review or change their text-notification preference.
Message types
Text messages are limited to employment-related employee portal notifications: account access, onboarding completion, direct schedule changes, time-off and trade-board decisions, manager action requests, and urgent operational announcements. Informational invite, manager schedule-publication, trade-board availability, and unread-message reminders stay in the portal or email instead of SMS.
Tiny Peanut LLC d/b/a Leo's Coney Island does not use this SMS program for third-party marketing or unrelated promotional messages.
