SMS Opt-In

Leo's Coney Island employees must explicitly opt in before receiving employee portal text notifications.
Opt-In Flow
  1. A Leo's Coney Island manager or administrator creates or invites an employee in the employee portal.
  2. The employee signs in to the portal at www.leoswhitelake.com and opens Dashboard > Settings.
  3. The employee adds or confirms their mobile phone number in Profile information.
  4. The employee turns on Notification preferences > Text notifications. The portal saves SMS consent only when a valid phone number is present.
  5. The employee can turn text notifications off in portal settings or reply STOP to a Leo's Coney Island text message.
Disclosure Shown To Employees

Text notifications: receive Leo's Coney Island employee portal texts for account access, onboarding, schedule changes, time-off updates, trade board updates, unread messages, and urgent operational announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Text messages are limited to employment-related employee portal notifications: account access, onboarding reminders, schedule publication notices, shift updates, time-off updates, trade board notifications, unread message reminders, and urgent operational announcements.

Leo's Coney Island does not use this SMS program for third-party marketing or unrelated promotional messages.
